From time-to-time, I will encounter a topic with sufficient enough interest that it merits more detailed exploration than is possible in a single blog post. When this happens, I organise multiple related posts into a Special Multi-Part Blog Series.
Please click on the links to view a summary page of the entire blog series along with a short overview of the subject of each post:
- Why SaaS Is More Vital Than Ever in Today’ Economy. (January – February 2009). This series outlines a comparison of the true TCO of SaaS vs. alternate solutions approaches and presents a discussion as to this provides a better risk-reward profile in today’s economy.
- Building Effective Communities for Business (and Government). (September – November 2009). This series describes how enterprises should design and manage social networking communities to achieve clear, measurable results to advance their mission and purpose.
- Using Dashboards to Drive Successful Execution. (December 2009). This series discusses how to create effective dashboards to successfully manage your programme portfolio. It combines my experience doing this in the National Security, Internet, Social Media and BioPharm areas.
- Actively Managing Risk for Improved Success. (January – March 2010). This series provides guidance as to how to enable your organisation to (pro-)actively manage risk to increase the odds for success. Its topics range from creating a culture that embraces risk management to overviews as to how to analyse and manage risk.
- Implementing the Health 2.0 Vision. (Ongoing). This blog series discusses how to use Web 2.0 and Social Media technologies to truly implement the Health 2.0 vision — in a way that conforms with the many international regulations that govern these industries.
